Boshia Raejean is an International, Model, Brand Consultant, UX &UI Designer, Hip Hop Diplomat and Multi- Disciplinary Healing Artist from Newark New Jersey. By prioritizing suicide prevention and mental health Boshia is a Humanitarian in her own ane. She has worked with BET (Black Entertainment Television), Refinery 29, Spotify, NBC, Muslim, Bustle, New York Times, Warby Parker, Clinique, Parsons New School, Urban Rx, Pat MCgrath, Maybeline, Nars Cosmetics, Supergoop, Nike, Target ,Laura Mercier, Lancome, Bobbi Brown, Make Up by Mario, Addidas, Old Navy, Cover Fx, and more. Boshia is an Birthcoach/Doula assisting women for over 7 years in Home and Hospital Births. She centers her Divine Womb Movement around her work and lifestyle. “After converting to Islam it was like an innate calling to advocate for women in labor,and have all the women that mentored me to thank for that”” . Her life purpose is to educate humans on the importance of the foundation of humanity. Boshia’s Journey as an International Hip Hop Teaching Artist began at Street University in Australia. She is currently an Arts Educator for NJPAC and Wolftrap. Boshia also takes an academic approach by provoking critical thought NJPAC and Wolftrap. Boshia also takes an academic approach by provoking critical thought and conversation on the Hip Hop Literature ,Art and Culture by Black, African, Aboriginal, Brown, Latinx and Indigenous women in Hip Hop. She is a Creative Coach focused on enhancing artists’ development through personal processes and skills by teaching four of the five elements of Hip Hop; Emceeing, Dance, Graffiti and Knowledge of Self. Boshia’s curriculums and workshops are built to teach students through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion framework from early childhood to professional development . Boshia continues to advocate for the decolonization in the art, to build Social, Communal, and Global Change with the beauty of Afrofuturism through the classic art of Hip Hop and their connection to Islam. “With my fresh perspective and passion I’m connecting humanity with their power to purify their own heart.
